Payments
1. What payment methods do you accept?
Our clients can make the payment either through their debit/credit card or they can opt for Cash on Delivery.
2. How will I know of my order is confirmed?
After the order is placed on our website, our customers will be receiving a confirmation SMS/Email or a call from our respective team, along with their order details and order number.
3. Is my payment information secure?
All payments are carried out through a payment secure gateway.
4. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Unstitched products ship out between 3-5 days, and take 2-5 days to be delivered, depending on your locality within and outside Pakistan. Stitched products require extra processing time which is available below their respective descriptions on their respective pages.
5. How can I cancel my order?
You may reach out to our team on call, whatsapp, or any of our official social media channels to cancel your order.
6. What if the product color is different than the one shown in the picture?
Due to lighting conditions during our official photography, coupled with the nature of the suit fabric absorbing/reflecting the light, some products may exhibit deviations in color shades while viewing on a screen, and in real life. Such instances are extremely rare, and our support team can process an exchange or a refund if you’re not satisfied.
7. How can I make changes to my order?
You may reach out to our team on call, or any of our official social media channels to discuss any changes you’d like to make to your order. Depending on the order type, and the time lapsed, changes to certain orders may not apply.
8. What is your exchange/return policy?
We have a no-questions-asked exchange/return policy for all unstitched products present within Pakistan. We offer reverse pickup facility where we can send our rider to retrieve the article from your premises, and then ship out the exchange article, or process the refund.
Stitched products are not eligible for exchange/refund unless the product is faulty, or does not meet our size chart specifications.
9. What should I do if my product is damaged?
Please reach out to our support team on call, or any of our official social media channels, and we will service your grievance through an exchange or a refund. Whichever is applicable
